Storage Information

This product should be placed in the freezer immediately upon delivery and can be stored frozen for up to 6 months, however we recommend 3 months to maintain the quality.

  • Delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday, you can select a delivery date using the date selector at checkout, Sundays, Mondays and Bank Holidays are excluded.

  • The following 2 day service postal codes are currently excluded for delivery

  • Next Day Delivery Orders should be placed before 1:00 p.m. Monday to Friday.

  • Next Day orders placed after 1:00 p.m. on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday with the exception of Bank Holidays.

  • When ordering please ensure that someone is available at the property on the day of delivery to receive the goods.

  • Our products are frozen/refrigerated and perishable, we don't accept responsibility for unattended deliveries.

  • We use DPD and Yodel for deliveries, both provide a text/email notification of a delivery window on the day of delivery.
