N.B. Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. Monday to Friday will be delivered by next day courier.

Any orders that are placed after 1:00 p.m. on a Friday will be despatched on Monday except for Bank Holidays.

The pasties are packed in a thermal package and should be frozen immediately upon receipt.  Our Cornish Pasties can be stored in a frozen state for 12 months.
This product can be baked off and then frozen for reheating and consumption at a later date.  For best results bake from frozen (don't defrost) for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
When ordering please ensure that someone is available at the property the next day to receive the goods.
As these products are frozen and perishable, we don't accept responsibility for an unattended delivery to your home.

This product should be cooked from frozen in a preheated oven/airfryer.

Storage Information

This product should be placed in the freezer immediately upon delivery and can be stored frozen for up to 6 months, however we recommend 3 months to maintain the quality.

  • Delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday, you can select a delivery date using the date selector at checkout, Sundays, Mondays and Bank Holidays are excluded.

  • Free delivery applies to 1 day service addresses only and may exclude remote locations, islands and highlands. To view our free delivery zones please click here.

  • The following 2 day service postal codes are currently excluded for delivery

  • Next Day orders placed after 1:00 p.m. on a Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday with the exception of Bank Holidays.

  • Our products are frozen/refrigerated and perishable, we don't accept responsibility for unattended deliveries.

  • We use DPD and Yodel for deliveries, both provide a text/email notification of a delivery window on the day of delivery.

Disappointing

"Pasties and sausage rolls taste fine, but could have done with egg wash as they were quite pale. The medium pasties are quite small …. . more pastry than filling. . The main disappointment was the packaging and delivery. DPD delivered the order to my front door, but didn’t knock or ring the bell. It had been lying in the sun for almost 3 hours before I found it, half defrosted. I had to separate the items and wrap them all individually so that they didn’t stick together in the freezer. This was my first order. I doubt that there’ll be a second."

"Being a West Countryman the pasties I received were poor firstly they were small next I went ahead and cooked them strictly to your instructions when done left them for the prescribed period,then with anticipation I my wife and I tried them the pastry was hard and tasteless the filling was not what I expected,wet and far to salty and the meat to veg ratio was way off,I wish I had taken a photo but they went straight in the bin ,I will not be using your firm again nor will I recommend them ver disappointed"
