Unhelpful, may as well as bought Greggs

"I ordered 2 separate items for £65 to give as a gift. Looking at the website, you are shown beautiful, branded gift boxes like the one in **image. png**. What actually arrived was a complete shock and incredibly embarrassing. Instead of a gift hamper, I received a chaotic, loose pile of frozen pasties crammed into a plain, unbranded blue plastic bag (**image_2. png** and **image_3. png**). It looks like bulk wholesale catering stock thrown into a bin liner, not a £65 retail present. When I complained, customer service was dismissive and defensive. They told me that because I ordered the frozen range, the presentation boxes aren't included—and arrogantly claimed it was my fault for "assuming" it would look nice because I didn't call them before ordering to double-check! They completely refuse to take responsibility for the fact that nowhere on the product page does it warn you that the items will arrive loose in a plastic sack with zero presentation. If you are buying this as a treat for yourself to throw straight into the freezer, the food might be fine. But if you are buying this as a gift for someone else, **do not buy it**. The packaging is awful, the website is highly misleading by omission, and the customer service is non-existent."
