Cheese & Onion Pasties
This box arrives packed with eight (8) cheese and onion pasties, delivered frozen straight to your door. Perfect for cheese and onion pasty fans and they're also a great vegetarian option!
Every cheese and onion pasty is made with a rich cheese and onion mixture, wrapped in flaky/shortcrust pastry, and ready to bake to a golden brown finish on your baking tray. No fake promises. Just pure Westcountry mature cheddar cheese, white onion, and a delicious taste everyone loves.
Pure Mature Cheddar and Onion
No other snack cuisine gives you the same feeling of satisfaction as cheese and onion pasties.
The cheese and onion filling melts down into every corner of the pastry, giving a smooth and rich flavour. What you get is a pasty that stays soft and satisfying, never dry, with sliced potato and just the right touch of butter and milk.
Easy Baking, Perfect Results
Place your cheese and onion pasties straight on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with a little beaten egg for a golden brown finish.
Bake in your oven at 180 degrees from frozen—no need to thaw. In about 45 minutes, the pasties puff up, the edges crisp, and the cheese filling bubbles through the characteristic 'C' marking on the pastry. Your kitchen fills with the smell of pastry and warm cheese. And each batch comes out piping hot, ready to eat.
Flaky Shortcrust Pastry and Proper Filling
The real magic is in the shortcrust pastry. Every cheese and onion pasty is wrapped in layers that rise as they bake. The filling is made from onion, Westcountry mature cheddar cheese, sliced potato and a pinch of salt and pepper. No strange extras.
The cheese and onion mixture always tastes just right, balancing cheddar cheese and sweet onion. Perfect for a quick lunch, a warming snack, or a late-night treat.
Freeze and Bake Anytime
Cheese and onion pasties are delivered frozen, so you choose when to bake. Take out only what you need, and bake straight from frozen. Serve them up for guests, or keep them ready for when hunger strikes.
You can store them in your freezer for up to 12 months, however we recommend 3 months to maintain the quality of the pasty.
