The pasties are packed in a thermal package with a brown box outer packaging and should be frozen immediately upon receipt. Our Cornish Pasties can be stored in a frozen state for 12 months.
This product can be baked off and then frozen for reheating and consumption at a later date. For best results bake from frozen (don't defrost) for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
When ordering please ensure that someone is available at the property the next day to receive the goods.
As these products are frozen and perishable, we don't accept responsibility for an unattended delivery to your home.

Maybe too much to ask for such a long journey (arrived at Edinburgh address at 5pm) but the contents of box questionable. viz water, ice packs now water. food having soft outer skin (just 2mm) Maybe you could try better/more ice packs? "This was the first time trying these pasties. The order arrived as advised and in perfect condition. We immediately transferred them to our freezer as advised, and yesterday we tried the first of them. They were cooked as per instructions and our first impressions were mixed. Two of the three pasties we cooked had split along the top allowing a little of the gravy to leak out, but after the allotted time the pasties had developed a nice colour. We all found the pastry to be a little hard, particularly around the thick side, and this was a little difficult to chew. The filling was delicious and very tasty. Would we buy again - possibly but perhaps we will put an egg wash over before cooking to see if it softens the pastry a little."

"When we received ours pasties and sausage rolls they had started to defrost. We did put the pasties in freezer, but had to cook the sausage rolls despite wanting to eat them at our leisure, we did contact customer service, but less than helpful. Not really convinced they are ok to eat. First time buying from here, and the last."
"i saw these advertised on facebook a few weeks ago and read a lot of the comments about them,i am always sceptical about reviews/comments but given there were so many good ones i decided to buy some. i have to say i was'nt disappointed,they are huge and packed with filling,not just the usual puree type you see in a lot of shop bought ones,you can clearly see all the ingredients and they taste amazing,i will definitely be getting some more,thankyou"
"I was really looking forward to these pasties, as I do like good quality ingredients and no chewy bits in my food. Whilst I did get just that, a good mix of meat and veg an no chewy bits, all well seasoned, the pastry was very disappointing. I may be the traditional Cornish pastry, but to me it was dry, hard and bland and ruined my experience."
"The items all arrived well packed and frozen. Both the pasties and sausage rolls are very tasty and the pastry is excellent. The pasties had very little meat in them (14% beef) which was very disappointing. The sausage rolls were tasty but are bulked out and again the meat % is only 14% pork."
