Baking Information

For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. The following cooking instructions are a guideline only, as all appliances vary in performance. Pre-heat oven, place frozen product on parchment on a baking sheet and glaze - pierce with a knife and bake in a convection oven @ 180 C / 360 F or Gas oven @ Gas MK 4 for approximately 45 - 55 minutes.

Our genuine Cornish pasties are made from fresh, Cornish sourced products to produce traditional hand-crimped pasties. 

     

    The pasties are packed in a thermal package and should be frozen immediately upon receipt.  Our Cornish Pasties can be stored in a frozen state for 12 months.

    This product can be baked off and then frozen for reheating and consumption at a later date.  For best results bake from frozen (don't defrost) for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

    When ordering please ensure that someone is available at the property the next day to receive the goods.

    As these products are frozen and perishable, we don't accept responsibility for an unattended delivery to your home.

    well this is now my 4th order as usual packaging really well done can’t fault it. unpacked and as normal wonderfully frozen and just an all round great product. split into batches and put in freezer. kept 2 sausage rolls for dinner and yes just amazing quality and taste. I don’t really know how the company can produce such a wonderful and awesome tasting item. the team at proper pasty's you never cease to amaze me. all I can say is that I will continue to be a loyal customer and repeat orders whenever I can. so thank you and all round great service from start to finish from a very happy customer
