Spicy, chicken-y and oh-so-good!

Our Spicy Chicken Pasty is a customer favourite! Made from tender chicken breast marinated in yoghurt, the filling has a delightfully creamy texture that’s akin to a smooth Tikka Masala sauce. We combine the marinated chicken with mango, lemon, lime, basil and a few secret ingredients to make the filling irresistible. 

If you’ve had one of our other Chicken Pasties before, and you like a bit of spice, we recommend giving this pasty a go. The subtle spices are beautifully balanced and the chicken melts in your mouth. The spices we use include chilli, cardamom, ginger, garam marsala and turmeric for a delicious, curried hit. 

The filling is encased in our butter shortcrust pastry. This pastry is perfectly baked and made to hold its shape in your hand. You can eat our pasties without fear of them falling apart and making a mess. This is one way our pasties are different. 

Unlike other spicy pasties, we haven’t just thrown a load of spices together with some chicken - we also use fresh mango, lemon and lime to bring the flavours alive. This is why our Spicy Chicken Pasty tastes so fresh with an authentic curry taste.
