This delicious pasty is made with traditional ingredients, including steak, Cornish swede, onion and potato, encased in a delicious butter shortcrust pastry. Each bite is as satisfying as the last, with the pastry flakes and filling providing a beautiful texture and crumb.
Our passion to make the best pasties has won our Traditional Cornish Pasty several awards, including Gold in the World Pasty Championships in 2017, Silver and Bronze in 2020, and Silver in 2019 and 2018. This is testament to the consistent quality of our pasties, and we are committed to maintaining this high bar.
Large Cornish Pasties are ideal for large appetites. The filling is beautifully balanced against the richness of the pastry for an authentic taste of Cornwall.
This pasty complies with the PGI definition and rules with ingredients for genuine Cornish Pasties. It keeps true to the traditional recipe, with our signature pastry and recipe bringing an even better taste and texture than you’re used to. We’re biased, but we reckon this is as good as a Cornish Pasty gets. You have to try it!
The pasties are packed in a thermal package and should be frozen immediately upon receipt. Our Cornish Pasties can be stored in a frozen state for 12 months.
This product can be baked off and then frozen for reheating and consumption at a later date. For best results bake from frozen (don't defrost) for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
When ordering please ensure that someone is available at the property the next day to receive the goods.
As these products are frozen and perishable, we don't accept responsibility for an unattended delivery to your home.

"I enjoyed these pasties, ehich arrived frozen and you have to cook. They were a good size and full of meat and the normal vegetables. The pastry is light and cooks fully after 25 minues in the oven at 180 (electricitiy) The pasties are a good size and go well with vegetables. I am eating 2-3 and freezing the rest for future use. The pasties were well packaged and arrived with icebags. I will buy these pasties again."
