For best results cook from frozen. Do not refreeze after defrosting. The following cooking instructions are a guideline only, as all appliances vary in performance. Pre-heat oven, place frozen product on parchment on a baking sheet and glaze - pierce with a knife and bake in a convection oven @ 180 C / 360 F or a deck oven @ 225 C / 425 F for approximately 45 - 55 minutes.
