Our Chilli Beef and Cheese Pasty is one of our finest pasty infusions. It contains a delicious filling of lean minced beef, kidney beans and mixed peppers flavoured with Worcester sauce, garlic, onion, chilli, oregano and basil. The pastry is then finished with a generous helping of grated mature cheddar cheese. Delicious!

We use lean minced beef, onion, garlic, tomato puree, Worcester sauce and spices to make a mouth-watering chilli that delivers big taste, so your lunch has a little kick to it.
The pastry we use for our Chilli Beef and Cheese Pasty is our butter shortcrust pastry, topped with grated mature cheddar cheese which is baked on. The pastry offers an excellent bite and holds up to being eaten on the move. The buttery taste of the pastry is a perfect match for the spiciness of our chilli.
