Our range of savoury Cornish Pasties are genuine and award winning, delivering everything that a Cornish Pasty should in all its authenticity.  Wrapped in a flaky or short crust pastry case, hand crimped to the side with a characteristic knot at the end.  The hand production methods which are adopted throughout our manufacturing process ensure that each and every Proper Pasty is unique in ts own right…no two pasties are the same, true to the Cornish Tradition!

Vegetarian Cornish Pasties

Our range of vegetarian Cornish Pasties are carefully segregated and handcrafted.  Placing emphasis on variety, we aim to provide a wider range of vegetarian products all of the time, working closely together with the bakery to offer something slightly different each and every time, something outside of the normal run of the mill gesture!

Breakfast Cornish Pasties

Our breakfast Cornish Pasties are everything that you would need to deliver that early morning English breakfast with convenience.  Our breakfast range also extends to sausage rolls, sausage and cheese turnovers and bacon and cheese turnovers.

Dessert Cornish Pasties

Our range of dessert Cornish Pasties have been developed for those with a sweet tooth.  Can be eaten as a main meal or enjoyed as a hearty dessert to accompany a light lunch or evening meal.  Our recommended serving suggestion is served hot with a dollop of vanilla ice cream or hot custard.  Displayed with a light sprinkle of icing sugar!

“Hand Raised” Pork Pies and Savoury Goods

Our savoury goods serve as an excellent compliment to our Cornish Pasty family, hand made in a similar fashion to the Pasties, our Pork Pies are hand raised to give that distinctive look and are filled with the best pork to give that distinctive taste.

Christmas Cornish Pasties

Every year at Christmas time, we launch two xmas signature products to mark the occassion!  The Turkey, Stuffing and Cranberry Pasty and the Pork and Cranberry Pie, as a sweet compliment we also occassionally introduce a Mince Pasty too!  This festive offering is so popular that our customers ask us to keep them in production throughout the year…where’s the fun in that?

Calzones!

Not everybody can eat a Cornish Pasty every day, although we would like them to.  For those who fancy something a little lighter and a little different we are proud to present the Calzone.  Delivered in three flavours the Calzone is a light olive oil based pizza pocket filled with a typical Italian styled meat or vegetarian filling.

The pastry that makes up the Calzones are a different consistency to that of the Cornish Pasty and in this respect they offer a lower calorie eat.  Baking time is also reduced to 35 minutes at 180 deg celsius, to produce that perfect Italian meal to eat on foot!
